During the operation of oil-free air compressors, occasionally insufficient air supply may occur. What causes it? In fact, the machine selection, air leakage, gas production standards, machine wear and other aspects may produce insufficient gas supply, which will cause the equipment in the production workshop to operate normally.

What are the causes of insufficient air supply of oil-free air compressors?
First, leak
This is the most likely cause of this failure. You can start the oil-free air compressor and stop it when the gas storage tank has a certain pressure (a little more than atmospheric pressure). Then use your ears to listen to any leaks at the joints of the external pipes, gas supply pipes, check valves, safety valves, pressure switches, etc. If there is an air leak, this needs to be repaired

Second, the gas demand exceeds the maximum gas supply value
Your gas demand has exceeded the maximum gas supply of the oil-free air compressor, and the machine is overloaded. At this time, even if it keeps producing gas, it can't meet your needs. Maybe you think it's not producing enough gas. We have encountered this case several times, so please check carefully if your gas consumption has increased recently.
